What cookies are
Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. They let a site remember you between visits, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. We also use closely related technologies (local storage, session storage) for the same purposes.
Strictly necessary
Required for LeaseFix to work. You cannot turn these off.
- Authentication and session cookies — keep you signed in to your workspace.
- Security cookies — protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.
- Load balancing — route requests to a healthy server.

Analytics
Help us understand how the product is used in aggregate so we can fix what is broken and prioritize what to improve. Analytics data is de-identified and is not sold.
Marketing
If enabled, used to measure the effectiveness of LeaseFix marketing campaigns (for example, which page brought you to a signup). Marketing cookies are off by default.
Consent and how to update preferences
On your first visit you'll see a banner where you can accept all categories, reject non-essential categories, or customize. You can change your choice anytime — your decision is saved on this browser.
You can also clear cookies from your browser settings. Note that doing so may sign you out and reset your preferences.
Do Not Track
Browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal that has no agreed standard meaning. LeaseFixdoes not change behavior based on the signal — instead, please use the cookie settings above, which give you precise, category-level control.
Updates to this policy
We will update this page when our cookie use changes and revise the "Last updated" date above.
