Return & Refund Policy

LeaseFix is a SaaS subscription. This policy explains how trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds work.

Subscription billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Charges appear on your statement as LEASEFIX. Renewals continue until you cancel.

Free trial

New workspaces start on a 14-day free trial of the Portfolio plan. No credit card is required to start. If you do not add a payment method, the workspace pauses at the end of the trial — your data is preserved.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Refund eligibility

We offer pro-rated refunds in these cases:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge.
  • A first-time annual subscription, cancelled within 14 days, where the workspace was not actively used.
  • Service unavailability that materially exceeded our published SLA.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable periods

Monthly subscriptions and partial months are non-refundable. Add-on usage (storage, AI drafts) consumed during a billing period is non-refundable.

Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 60 days. Most disputes are resolved within two business days.
