Using recurring issue radar

Some problems come back. Recurring issue radar surfaces the patterns so you can stop paying to fix the same thing twice.

What it looks for

The radar groups historical requests by unit, property, and category. When it sees a pattern (e.g. three plumbing requests in the same unit in 90 days), it raises an alert.

Where to find it

Open Insights → Recurring issues. Each alert shows:

  • The pattern in plain English
  • Number of related requests
  • Severity (low / medium / high)
  • A recommended next step (e.g. "Inspect supply line under the kitchen sink")

What to do with an alert

From the alert you can:

  • Open the related requests in one click
  • Create a preventive work order from the recommendation
  • Mark the alert resolved with a note
  • Snooze for 30 / 60 / 90 days

Keeping it useful

Recurring alerts are only as good as your category data. When you accept or correct an AI category on a request, the radar gets better at grouping in your portfolio.
