Integrations

The following PMS integrations are live, bi-directional, and verified by LeaseFix Technologies LLC:

• AppFolio — live bi-directional API.
• Buildium — live bi-directional API.

We do not publish partner logos or badges unless we hold written permission from the partner.

Inbound to LeaseFix:

• Tenant metadata (name, contact details, unit assignment).
• Unit details (address, unit number, building details).
• Payment status.
• Lease duration.

Outbound to your PMS:

• Draft work order objects.
• Status update notes.
• Scheduled timeframes.

LeaseFix requests only the scopes needed to operate:

• workorders.write
• tenant.read
• unit.read

API key generated by PMS Admin; LeaseFix App authorization via OAuth 2.0. Setup is walked step-by-step in Settings → Integrations. Only Global Admins can connect or disconnect a PMS.

If the API handshake fails, LeaseFix reverts to hourly CSV export/import and sends a System Health Alert to the portfolio manager. The workspace continues to operate; no maintenance data is lost during a transient outage.

Every outbound write to your PMS (draft work order, status update, scheduled timeframe) is prepared by LeaseFix and reviewed by a human manager or coordinator before it is released. LeaseFix does not auto-close, auto-dispatch, or auto-notify tenants without human approval.

Rent Manager, Propertyware, DoorLoop, and other PMS systems are supported today via scheduled CSV import/export. They are not live API integrations. If a vendor page or third-party listing implies otherwise, that listing is unverified.
