Managing team roles

LeaseFix has three roles. Pick the smallest one that lets each teammate do their job.

Owner

Full access. Can manage billing, brand, integrations, team, AI settings, and all operational data. Use sparingly — typically the account owner and one backup.

Manager

Full operational access. Can edit properties, vendors, owners, requests, work orders, and approval rules. Cannot change billing or invite owners. Most property managers should be managers.

Coordinator

Day-to-day desk role. Can triage requests, draft and send tenant updates, dispatch vendors, and create work orders. Cannot change settings, override emergency triage, or delete records.

Inviting a teammate

From Settings → Team Members → Invite, enter the email and pick a role. They receive a sign-up link valid for 7 days. You can resend or revoke the invite from the same screen.

Changing a role

Click a teammate to change their role. The change takes effect on their next page load. Removing a teammate revokes access immediately and signs them out.

Audit log

Settings → Security & Access → Audit log shows role changes, sign-ins, and sensitive actions for the last 90 days.
